How do we know?

We have been learning about Keeping Ourselves Safe.

Last week, we talked about the Police being people that can help us keep safe. We needed to know how to recognise a police officer.

Constable Meg helped us learn the special things to look for on the police uniform:

• The word 'Police'
• The colour of the uniform - blue
• Checkers on the hat or jacket
• A special number on a police officer's sleeve
• A special badge
